THE SELF CATERING APARTMENTS
with large shared pool.
The comfortable apartments are designed and furnished for a comfortable stay in this beautiful area of Le Marche. Each apartment totally independent with its own private entrance
and has a TV and fitted kitchen with fridge for your self catering requirements.
There is a washing machine provided in the basement for the use of guests.
Prices include hot and cold water, lighting, cooking gas, weekly change of linen and toweling plus use of the Acquabattaglia outdoor facilities :-
15m x 7m pool and patio lawn area which is furnished with picnic tables and chairs, deck chairs, large parasols and a barbecue.
Price does not include heating if required in the winter months - if required there will be an extra charge of 8 euros per day for each apartment.
A one off final cleaning charge is made on each booking as noted below the price list of each apartment.
Terms. A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the price is required in order to confirm your booking.
Adequate car parking.
Sorry, no pets.
Prices are weekly in EUROS. Bookings commence Saturday but in the
lower priced periods we may be able to vary it depending on availability.
