Rest of year 350 Euro.

The price includes water, lighting and cooking gas. Weekly change of bed linen and toweling and final cleaning. All equipment for self catering is supplied.

The price does not include gas for central heating in colder weather season. This runs on gas cylinders as used for caravans. There are 2 which can be switched over, when one empties you are required to replace the empty one.

30% of the total price is to be paid on booking and the remainder to be paid on arrival. The deposit is usually forfeited on cancellation.

This house is also offered for Permanent rental or Long term rental.

A favourable price can be negotiated with the owner.
