Self catering holiday apartments in the Sibillini National Park area of Le Marche, Italy.

This beautiful Casa colonica has been recently fully restored and converted into eight holiday apartments. Although the building has been reconstructed maintaining the traditional architectural style, the modern apartments offer a well appointed, pleasant and comfortable base for a holiday in the Sibillini National Park of Le Marche.

Apartments vary in size and can be configured to sleep from 2 to 8 people, using a combination of single, double and bunk beds, as required. (One of the apartments offers special facilities for the disabled). Could accommodate parties up to 28 persons if apartments are available.

Fully self catering, kitchens are provided with fridge/freezers, washing machine, gas hobs, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc.. In addition, each apartment is provided with hair drier and TV to receive national and satellite transmissions.

A wood burning oven is available in the yard for d.i.y. pizzas, bread, cakes, pasta al forno etc.

The location is about 4 km. from Montemonaco village and 13 km. from Comunanza where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, banks and shops.

A one hours drive thru the pleasant Aso valley brings you to the Adriatic coast and it's beach resorts.

Local Activities driving, walking or climbing in the beautiful Sibillini National Park area with mountains, hills, woods and lakes. Mountain bikes and horse riding.
