PRICES 2007
Bed and Breakfast.
48 Euros per night per person all year round price.
30 Euros per night for each child occupying bunk beds.
- One double room and one with bunk beds (i.e. 2 singles) are inside an apartment with bathroom complete with bath. On the floor below is another double bedroom and small bathroom.
- The price is for bed and breakfast and full use of the agriturismo's grounds and swimming pool.
- Bed linen and towels are changed frequently.
- At the swimming pool changing room there are two covered showers and a bathroom with another shower.
- For other Meals there are a number of restaurants and pizza houses in the vicinity at very reasonable prices. The agriturismo owner can help in this respect.
- Heating provided in cold weather conditions.
- Breakfast served is mostly organically produced food and depending on the season, harvested from the owners own farm.
SELF CATERING (Max. 6 Persons)
Available May to September inclusive.
WEEKLY PRICE (Saturday - Saturday)
Apartment ONLY. Sleeps 4 + 1 on sofa bed
June and September 780 Euros.
Week commencing first Saturday in July to week commencing on the last Saturday in August. 900 euros.
Rest of Year 600 euros (If central heating is required during the colder months, an extra charge will be made for gas according to consumption)
For a group of 5 or 6 - if the sofa bed above is not suitable, the owner can provide a third double bedroom with bathroom on the floor below the apartment. This room is part of the B&B accommodation and will depend on availability.
The cost of this extra bedroom
would be 100 euros per week.
Maximum number of persons not to exceed 6.
A 30% non-returnable deposit is required. The rest payable on arrival.
A security deposit of 200 euros is also required on arrival against damage or extra cleaning. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay minus any necessary deductions.
The price is all inclusive including normal final cleaning, kitchen gas, lighting, weekly change of bed linen and towels.
