The house is built into a hillside in such a way that each floor has a terrace and the upper floor (Apartment "Il Carpino) has an entrance at ground level.
Apartment L'Orniello takes up two floors connected by an outdoor stairway. The stairway is covered and private. The photo shows the two floors and stairway. At the top right you can see some railings which are part of the apartments spacious terrace.
The lowest floor consists of the kitchen/dining room, the sitting room and a small bathroom. The upper floor of the apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a panoramic terrace.
Above: the kitchen dining room with electric oven and 4 ring gas hob. Table extends to 6 places. Adequate supply of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
The beautiful sitting room with exposed stone walls and
arched ceiling remains cool even in the hottest weather.
Below are pictures of the divan bed in another angle of the room.
The divan bed open but not made up.
The divan bed folded into a divan. The bed can be made up, folded away into a divan and pulled out at night already made up.
Below: Entrance to the middle floor. This is the entrance from the stair landing showing the hall. There is another door leading onto the apartments terrace.
Below: 2 photos of the double bedroom on the middle floor

Below: there is an extra small bathroom on the lower floor with wash basin,
bidet, toilet and shower.

Above: Part of the spacious panoramic terrace. It shows the rockery steps which lead to the grounds, swimming pool and private woods. The picture was taken in winter and you can see the BBQ covered for the winter. It normally goes in one of the corners.

Above: Another picture of the large terrace equipped with outdoor dining facilities. On the far right you can just see the entrance into the middle floor. On the far side of the wall (under the gazebo) there is a wrought iron door leading to the stairway.
Apologies for the poor quality of the terrace photos which were taken in winter.

Above: View of Ascoli Piceno and Monte dell'Ascensione from the terrace.

The pool with changing room and shower.

The pool showing childrens paddling area and shallow end. The shallow end is 1.10 meters deep and can be cordoned off as shown. From this point the floor slopes down to over 2 meters.
