BOOKINGS are Saturday to Saturday but if your holiday plans are different, other arrival dates or lengths of stay will be considered depending on availability.
Prices are in £ Pounds sterling and are given according to season,
Low - mid - High.
Low Season. November - April excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Mid Season. May - June, September and October, Easter, Christmas/New Year.High Season. July - August.
Prices do not include heating in the colder weather season. Central heating is installed in all apartments and a charge will be made according to usage.
Prices include weekly bed linen and towel change. Extra midweek changes and cleaning can be made with prior booking at a cost of £50 per apartment.

Discounts are available for guests staying 3 or more consecutive weeks
A 20% Deposit is payable on booking and full payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Any payments are not refundable.
A refundable deposit of 200 euros per apartment is payable on arrival.
