Cookery Classes Based on the
Le Marche Region of Italy Cuisine

Enjoy a Le Marche holiday and take an Italian cooking course as part of your vacation.
Arrangements have been made with the very friendly academy chef
of the
'Il Maniero Restaurant and Art Club' just 10 minutes from Caserma Carina.
The very friendly lady chef, Guida Stacchietti, will teach you how to create traditional Marche regional dishes using fresh local produce. The course will include a variety of local dishes and will include home made pasta and desserts. The Art of Food Presentation will also be included in the course.
During your stay in the Caserma Carina
luxury self catering apartments, the course has been arranged to leave you
with plenty of free time to enjoy your Le Marche vacation and explore the
surrounding area.
Visit local markets and purchase 'picked today' wonderfully fresh food. You can practice the cooking you have learned in your apartments well appointed kitchen facility.
The Italian Cooking Course

3 Evening meals at Il Maniero (3 course dinner including wine).

1 evening meal includes wine tasting (local vineyards).

Price: £350 sterling per person.

A minimum of 5 participants is required. (Please ask if less as maybe another smaller group would like the same week)

For spouses, partners or friends who do not wish to complete the Italian Cooking Lessons, but who would like to enjoy the evening meal and wine tasting, the cost is £80 sterling.

10-17 March, 21-28 April, 12-19 May, 9-16 June, 30 June -7 July,
15-22 September, 6-13 October, 10-17 November, 1-8 December.

Part owner of the restaurant is Daniele Cristallini who is an accomplished artist. You will see many examples of Daniele's work around the restaurant, any of which may be purchased should something catch your eye.
