Casa Frazi, the perfect place for you next vacation sits at the end of a long strada bianca (gravel road) in a peaceful countryside setting and offering complete privacy to guests.
The house overlooks a beautiful valley surrounded by a quilted patchwork of
fields and stands of trees. The house stands in an acre of private land where
the 
immediate surroundings of the
villa have been transformed into a neat garden of lawns and evergreen plants,
complete with swimming pool (10m. x 5m.) and patios. The swimming pool is fully equipped with poolside chaises and
umbrellas. Within the grounds there is also an olive grove
and abundant fruit trees. Perfect serenity in tranquil surroundings, take a dip in the
pool or relax on a sun bed in complete privacy or take drinks on the back patio
overlooking the olive trees.
Both the main house and the cottage have been meticulously restored with an eye towards modern amenities and vacation living. The main house
is built in the typical Marchigiano mixture of stone and hand made bricks, traditional Marchigiani
beamed ceilings and open fireplace. There are terra cotta floor tiles
throughout and a simple yet tasteful decor.
On entering the house you find yourself in a foyer that boasts restored original stonework. A step down into the a spacious living room brings you to the heart of the house for
relaxation. A sofa and wingback chairs face a traditional Marchigiano styled fireplace. The living room also has a
TV and DVD. French doors in the living room open onto the patio and enhance the indoor/outdoor living experience of
Casa Frazi. There is a kitchen and dining area made for vacation enjoyment. The fully equipped
cook's kitchen is outfitted with a 5 burner stove, fridge, dishwasher and bar refrigerator. Another set of French doors open onto the patio. The adjacent dining area seats 8 and looks out across the valley. Also on the ground floor
there is a bathroom and separate laundry area. A vacuum cleaner, iron and
ironing board are also provided.
Upstairs there is an en-suite bedroom with king size bed, charmingly decorated in hand painted tiles and with local carrarra marble floor tiles. There are two other bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bedroom has a beamed ceiling and 2 twin beds. The third bedroom is filled with beautifully restored original exposed stonework and sleeps two in a matrimonial. There is also a baby cot and booster seat.
The house has a nice bright and airy feel with plenty of windows overlooking the pastoral landscape. Since the photos on this page were taken, curtains and more pictures on the wall giving the house a much "softer" feel. All the plumbing and electrical systems have been fully modernized.
