The cottage is not rented on its own but only as an optional extra along with the main house., ensuring complete privacy for the one group or family unit.
The cottage like the house is bright and airy and built for indoor/outdoor vacation living. Once the old piggery, the cottage has been completely rebuilt and renovated, with modern electrical and plumbing systems. The custom dutch elm door opens onto a large living, dining and kitchen space. With ample natural light, this main room is a pleasure for morning coffee. A private patio outside the main entrance is inviting for reading, taking the sun or just contemplating the countryside. The bedroom and bath in the cottage are both light-filled and pleasant. The bedroom sleeps 2 in twin beds.
The
view from the front of the cottage looks down a well kept lawn, overlooks the
swimming pool towards the distant Marchegiane landscape, a gentle sloping
hillside of wooded areas and meadows.
Rented along with the house, increases the accommodation capacity to 8 people.
Although the cottage is completely self contained occupants can still dine with the main group as the kitchen and dining space in the house is designed for 8 people.
