Casa Frazi is located in a beautiful valley just outside of San Ginesio, a beautifully restored medieval village with a bustling piazza and fantastic views of the Sibillini Mountains.
The medieval origins of S. Ginesio are still very much in evidence in the ancient town walls. An
ancient center of cult, art, music and theatre. There are many good examples
of Romanesque and gothic architecture.
The property is just minutes from Sarnano, a charming spa town and health resort with scenic medieval towers and Palazzos. The ski lifts for Sasso Tetto are just outside of the town.

Other nearby towns of historical importance include Tolentino, San Severino and Caldarola. Worth visiting - the Roman ruins at nearby Urbisaglia.
Casa Frazi is close to the Sibillini National Park with mountain activities including hiking, lake swimming, and winter skiing. The Adriatic coast with its great swimming beaches is only a short drive away e.g. Civitanove Marche 45 minutes.
