Rates in Euros. Prices per week Saturday to Saturday.
(Except for July/August it may be possible to vary the start and finishing days depending on availability. We can always check with the owners. Please ask.)
You may rent just the house to sleep 6 or House + cottage to sleep 8.

Terms. A 30% deposit is required on booking.
The remainder must
be paid by at least two weeks before the start date.
Cancellation The deposit will be forfeit if we are unable to re-rent the property for the booked period. Any refunds will be subject to bank charges.
Price includes :- Private use of pool and gardens, water, electricity, kitchen gas and weekly change of bed linen and toweling. Dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Price does not include cost of heating in the colder months. Price will be calculated on usage.
A security deposit of 350 Euros will be requested and will be refunded within 14 days, subject to any damage or additional charges incurred.
