On arrival you will find your beds made up ready and a welcome pack with milk, coffee, local wine etc.
The Price includes: -
Water, electricity, normal usage of kitchen gas*, weekly change of linen and toweling
and final cleaning.
(* 10 cubic metres of gas is allowed per week. Extra gas is charged as per
usage at 1.50 euros per cubic metre.)
Price does not include: -
Pool/beach towels. These are available at 3.00 euros each.
Heating during the colder months. Gas for central heating is charged according
to usage at 1.50 euros per cubic metre.
TERMS
Weeks are Saturday to Saturday. You may arrive any time after 3:00 PM on
your start date and must vacate the premises by 10:00 AM on your departure
date.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is requested to confirm the booking.
Full payment is requested 8 weeks before the arrival date.
Payment of the full price will be requested for last minute bookings.
A security deposit of 200 euros is requested with the final payment. This will be refunded, subject to any damage.
Cancellation refunds.
Up to 8 weeks notice - No cancellation charge. Any bank charges on refunds at your expense.
4 - 8 weeks notice - 50% of total rate refunded.
2 - 4 weeks notice - 25% of total rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
The owner does not accept any liability for damage to person or property, so please make sure you take out your own holiday insurance. You are responsible for seeing that the holiday villa is left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as found. For any loss or damage to the property or fixtures/fittings, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your deposit.
