Rupe Country House is certainly a most distinguished property set in its own peaceful and secluded
grounds, nestled beneath the imposing rock of
Montefalcone Appennino. Perfectly placed In the Ascoli Piceno Province
it is close to the Monti Sibillini National Park and within 40 minutes drive
to the Adriatic beaches.
This elegant house has been fully restored maintaining the original architecture, beautifully decorated and furnished with every comfort for the visitor.
The house has 10 bedrooms which sleep 18 people and a further 3 single beds and a cot can be added for children.
The grounds are totally
enclosed and can be locked at night. There is a large car park within the
grounds plus gardens, lawns, children's playground and the swimming pool.
The pool has a paved surround and a terrace for sunbathing, relaxing with a cool drink under a sun shade or dining outdoors. Outdoor furnishings and barbecue are provided. A tennis court is also provided for guests.
Montefalcone
village perched on top of a 80 m. high cliff is less than two km. by car.
There you will find an ancient castle, a nice museum, a belvedere terrace with
the most stunning views and 2 churches. There is a bakers with fresh bread and
pastries, a post office, a general store, a pharmacy and 2 bars. If you are
fit and healthy and would like the challenge there is an ancient pathway up to
the village. the walk requires 20 to 30 minutes.
Comunanza is only about 10 minutes by car where you will find supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, petrol stations and most modern conveniences.
