The house is rented on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday.
Outside of High season, depending on availability, the owner is prepared to consider other arrangements.

Dal 27/06/09 al 25/07/09 € 3.000,00 a settimana

Dal 25/07/09 al 29/08/09 € 3.500,00 a settimana

Dal 29/08/09 al 26/09/09 € 2.500,00 a settimana

Dal 26/09/09 al 31/10/09 € 2.000,00 a settimana

TERMS

30% of total price payable at time of booking. The remainder is paid on day of arrival. On cancellation, the deposit will be forfeit if we are unable to re-rent for the weeks booked. Any repayments will be subject to bank charges.

Prices include: Hot and cold water, lighting, cooking gas, bed linen and toweling, TV, washing machine, private gardens with parking, tennis court, swimming pool and children's playground.

Prices do not include: The low season price does not include the cost of central heating should this be required in cold weather. A charge will be made depending on consumption of gas. Wood can be supplied for the open fireplace free of charge.

Cancellation policy.
With at least 6 months notice the deposit will be repaid in full.
With at least 3 months but less than 6months notice, 50% of deposit will be repaid.
With less than 3 months notice the deposit will be forfeit.
All bank charges on repayments will be on your account.
Months are calendar months and not 4 weekly periods.
