PRICES, TERMS & ENQUIRIES.
Prices are weekly in £ pounds sterling. (Exchange rate calculator). Weeks are Saturday to Saturday but outside July and August, other start days will be considered depending on availability.
Separate prices for Christmas, New Year and Easter on request.
Long term rentals may be negotiated subject to availability.

A cot can be added at a small extra charge.
Price includes hot and cold water, cooking gas
and electricity. Weekly change of bed linen and toweling. Utility room with
washing machine, iron and Ironing board. The house is fully equipped with
cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for a self catering vacation.
When you arrive at the house you will find complimentary local wine and of course, a good supply of the essentials such as toilet paper, washing up liquid and soap.
Not included in price: Beach towels but they can be provided for a small fee. Gas for central heating in winter months.
Terms
A 40% non-returnable deposit required on booking. Remainder to be paid by not less than 8 weeks before start date of your vacation plus a security deposit of £150 ( Failure to pay on time will be considered as a cancellation by the owner in which case he reserves the right to re-advertise the property.).
The security deposit will be returned 7 days after you leave, less any charges for breakages, losses or damage to the property. Additional cleaning charges may be deducted if the house is left in an unreasonably dirty condition.
Prices have been made according to number of occupants in order to keep the price reasonable for couples and small families. Any abuse will be considered a breach of contract in which case all occupants will be asked to leave.
Confirmation of the booking and payment of the deposit constitutes acceptances of these terms and conditions.
