A 30% deposit is required to confirm booking.
A security deposit of £200 will be charged. This amount will be returned following satisfactory inspection of the house after departure.
The price includes lighting, hot and cold water, kitchen gas. House fully equipped for a self catering holiday, bed linen and toweling. For stays of 2 week and over there is a weekly change of linen and toweling. Private use of the house, garden and pool as described on previous pages.
