The Apartments.
Each apartment is totally independent, fully equipped for a self
catering holiday with adequate parking facilities.
The price includes:
Lighting, hot and cold water, cooking gas, use of utility room (washing
machine, iron and ironing board), TV. Sheets and towels provided as necessary.
On the ground floor there is a large communal lounge for the use of guests plus spacious lawns and gardens.
Your domestic pet is welcome at no extra charge, you are just asked not to allow him/her to annoy other guests.
High season (2007) is Saturday 16 June to Saturday 1st September, Easter, Christmas and New Year.
PRICES are weekly in euros. A 30% Deposit is required on booking.

Apartment Aria
Sleeps max 8.
1st floor apartment with direct access from the gardens via outdoor stairs and portico entrance on the western end of the building.
2 Double bedrooms.
Plus 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and access to terrace.
(There is an option of adding 2 single beds which can be put in above bedrooms)
1 Bathroom. Kitchen/Dining room with fridge, gas hob, electric oven, TV.
Price:- High season 800 Euros plus 50 euros for each additional bed.
Low season 720 Euros plus 50 euros for each additional bed.
Please add a single charge of 25 Euros for final cleaning.
Apartment Mare
Sleeps a maximum of 8.
1st floor apartment. Direct access from the gardens via outdoor stairs and portico entrance on the eastern end of the building and very similar to Apt. Mare above.
2 Bedrooms with double beds one of which opens onto the terrace.
1 Bedroom with 2 single beds
Option of 2 extra beds which can be put in above bedrooms or in the lounge.
Lounge/dining room/kitchen - open plan,
2 large bathrooms.
Price: High season 950 Euros. Low season 850 Euros.
Please add a single charge of 25 Euros for final cleaning.
Apartment Terra.
Ground floor. Sleeps a maximum of 4.
Lounge with sofa bed - this is about three quarter bed size and will comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 children.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom
Kitchen/dining room with fridge, cooker, gas hob and fully kitted for 4 people
Price: High season 650 Euros. Low season 580 Euros.
