Elegant apartment comprising spacious combined lounge and dining room with angle kitchen. Fully self-catering, equipped for 4 persons including fridge and TV. A bathroom and two Bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 singles.

The apartment is let on a weekly basis Saturday to Saturday. You may arrive any time after 12 noon and vacate by 10.00 A.M.

PRICES PER WEEK FOR APARTMENT

Weeks commencing in July and August plus Christmas and New Year 800.00 Euros
Weeks commencing in June and September 700.00 euros.
Weeks commencing in March, April, May, October and November 600.00 euros.
Other months not available.
A deposit of 30% is required on booking. Cancellation will result in loss of deposit.

Includes hot and cold water, lighting, cooking gas, linen and full use of the villas rooms and gardens.

The price does not include the cost of heating in cold weather periods which will be charged for according to consumption.
