Rental periods are Saturday to Saturday. Other days will be considered outside of July/August - please ask.
April - £350 (sterling) per week.
May to September - £375 (sterling) per week.
October - £350 (sterling) per week.

Deposit required 30% - non returnable with less than 3 months notice.
A returnable security deposit of £200 is also required with final payment.
The price includes:-
Hot and cold water, kitchen gas, electricity, weekly change of bed linen and toweling, final cleaning.
