Booking is normally Saturday to Saturday but if other start/finish days are required, please ask. Other days will be considered depending on availability.

21 December - 4 January 700 Euro + Heating

Sorry - No domestic pets.

The house sleeps a maximum of 8 people - 2 bedrooms with double beds.
1 bedroom with two single beds and a convertible double divan bed in living room.

Price includes:- Fully fitted kitchen/dining room for self catering  with fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven. Electric lighting, hot and cold water, cooking gas. TV in lounge. Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer. 2 mountain bikes. Ample car parking. Weekly bed linen and towel change. Final cleaning.

Price does not include:- Gas for heating in cold weather. Central heating is fitted but gas will be charged for according to consumption.

We ask guests not to smoke inside the house.

TERMS. A deposit of 30% of total price is required in order to confirm a booking. The deposit is non-returnable with less than 3 months notice. Any refunds will be subject to bank transfer charges. The full amount is payable on arrival.
