This house is also available for rental, fully furnished, on an annual basis. Terms and rent to be agreed.

Terms
30% deposit is required at time of booking.
Remainder is paid on day of arrival.
Cancellation will incur loss of deposit if we are unable to re-rent for the
period booked.
Any Refund will be made in euros on an Italian bank. The customer will be responsible for any bank charges.
The house is fully furnished and equipped for self catering
holidays and includes Hot and cold water, Gas, Electricity, washing machine, balconies, linen and
toweling, TV, Private garden and parking, Small domestic pets allowed.
